Share a staff member's personal report link
Each staff member has a private, secure link to their own performance report. Copy, regenerate or revoke it from Team Management.

Staff do not need a login to see their numbers. Each person has a private report link that SalonBill sends with the nightly WhatsApp report.
What this feature does
The link opens a mobile-friendly page with that person's own:
- Clients attended and services done
- Service sales (after discount) and membership or package service work
- Sales You Made — memberships, advance packages, service packages and prepaid coupons they sold
- Incentive earned and pending incentive
The page has Today, Yesterday, 7 days and 30 days buttons. The nightly WhatsApp link opens on the day of the report.
Who can use it
- The staff member opens the link from WhatsApp. No password is needed.
- Owner/Admin, Co-owner and Managers can copy, regenerate or revoke the link.
Where to find it
Team Management → Staff → click the staff member's report status → the history window shows Report link with Copy, Regenerate and Revoke, the date it was created and how many times it was opened.
How to use it
- Open the staff member's report history.
- Click Copy to share the link yourself, for example in a direct chat.
- If the link was shared with the wrong person, click Regenerate. The old link stops working at once and a new one is created.
- Click Revoke to switch the link off completely. The next report SalonBill sends creates a fresh link automatically.
How the link is protected
- It is a long random code. It does not contain the staff member's name, ID or phone number.
- Each link shows only one person's report for one outlet. It can never show another staff member's data.
- The link stops working as soon as the staff member is made Inactive, deleted, suspended or moved out of the outlet.
Common problems
The page says the link is not valid?
The link was regenerated or revoked, or the staff member is no longer active in this outlet. Send them the current link from the history window.
The numbers differ from Staff Performance?
Check that you are comparing the same period. The report page counts only that person's own work and sales.
